Contract School Nurse, Oak Park IL

Calling on RNs based near Oak Park, IL! Soliant is working with a local school district and seeking a licensed RN to assist the school community for the remainder of the school year.

Responsibilities include:

Checking students to address their health needs

Supporting students who are showing symptoms

Implement health plans or protocols provided by District administrators

Follow-up with student caregivers

Maintain records for immunizations and physical examinations

Conduct regular CoVID screenings

Licenses and certifications:

Illinois RN license or

Certified School Nurse credential
