***COVID CARD PREFERRED, MEDICAL/RELIGIOUS EXEMPTIONS ALLOWED***

Start:  Late June
End: Highly prefer temp to hire placements, will consider contract (13-weeks)
Shifts: Must be flexible to work days/evenings, weekends

Clinical Pharmacist Specialist
(1) Inpatient
(1) Ambulatory Unit

Experience:  Must have at least 1-2 years of clinical pharmacy experience, including rounding with the medical staff.

NOTE: This is not a Staff/Inpatient Pharmacist position, they are looking for someone with clinical pharmacist experience:

- The Clinical Pharmacist collaborates with other health care providers to ensure appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care and independently operates within policies and procedures to manage the department’s clinical and consultative services.
- The Clinical Pharmacist supervises the work of supportive team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency of distributive services.
- Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to serving as a drug information resource for hospital's providers, direct patient interaction, precepting of pharmacy residents and/or student pharmacists, and contribution to department projects or initiatives in collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership.

CLIENT VALUES:  Must be reliable and committed to their craft as a pharmacy professional.  Someone they can convert to perm if it's a good match.

OH pharmacist license in good-standing.
