Schedule: Variable days and afternoons, rotating weekends (40 hrs./week)
Starting Pay Rate: $23.75/hr. + health benefits

Job Responsibilities:

• Compounds nonsterile, non-hazardous drugs and repackages medications using pharmaceutical mathematic calculations for pharmacist approval
• Inventories supplies by checking shortages, rotating stock, and removing expired medications
• Accurately prepares and distributes medications
• Documents compounding and medications in computer systems
• Runs basic pharmacy operation reports
• Responds to nursing request by distributing doses to patients, successfully following security protocols
• Performs basic controlled substance distribution and delivery
• Fills medication trays and ensures accuracy
• Utilizes pharmacy resources for accurate documentation

Ideal Candidate:

• Licensed as a Pharmacy Technician by the California Board of Pharmacy
• Full time availability and flexibility in scheduling
• COVID Vaccine required, no exceptions
