Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Bremerton, Washington. As a COTA with Soliant Health, you will work under the supervision of licensed Occupational Therapists to provide direct patient care and support in rehabilitation settings. You will play a crucial role in helping individuals regain independence in their daily activities and improve their quality of life.


  • Assist Occupational Therapists in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic activities and exercises as outlined in treatment plans.
  • Provide direct patient care and support during therapy sessions.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes for patients.


  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
  • Certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a COTA in the state of Washington.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
