Job Opening - Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Crown Pointe, IN

We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Crown Pointe, Indiana. This is a full-time position available for the 2023-2024 school year. Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Crown Pointe, IN Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff regarding speech and language development strategies
  • Stay updated on current research and trends in speech-language pathology

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Indiana state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
