As a Full-Time School Psychologist, you will play a pivotal role in providing psychological services to a diverse range of students. Your expertise will contribute to creating an inclusive and nurturing school environment whether working onsite or virtually.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Provide individual and group counseling to address students' psychological and emotional needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement intervention plans
- Offer support and guidance to students facing social and emotional challenges
- Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress
- Promote a safe and supportive school environment for all students
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
- Vermont state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, patient, and student-centered approach
