Location: Cincinnati, OH

Schedule: 40 hrs./week, flexible to work days/evenings, and rotating weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists the pharmacist in the distribution of medications to patients in the hospital
• Assists the distribution of medications, including but not limited to, selecting, counting, compounding, packing, labeling, and delivering medications to the units
• Responsible for the preparation of sterile compounds, including chemotherapy and hazardous substances
• Willingness to work in multiple areas of the pharmacy to maintain competency and broaden skills for all areas of the job scope

Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, active and in good standing
• PTCB required
• Minimum 1-2 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience, including IV’s
• Full time availability and flexibility with schedule
