Diagnostic Imaging CT Tech Travel Job in New Salem, Massachusetts

I am working closely with a manager in need of an experienced CT/X-ray tech for a 13 week contract! 


CT technologists utilize computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-section images of patients internal organs and tissues for the diagnosis of medical issues. A CT scan technologist must be able to interpret a physicians scanning instructions, administer contrast materials, prepare and operate the CT scan equipment and position the patient to capture the appropriate images. A CT scan technologist must maneuver equipment and patients. This effort may pose physical challenges. CT scanners emit radiation, which can be harmful to the technologist and patient if proper safety procedures are not followed.
