Experience requirement has changed: MUST have prior LTC Manager/Director experience.
Start: ASAP
Reason for opening: PIC elevated to a corporate leadership role
Staff size:  10 full time pharmacists, 5 per diem pharmacists, 60 technicians
Average volume:  30k Rx/week, with Mondays and Tuesdays being the busiest days)
Hours of Operation:  6a-3a Mon - Fri; Sat/Sun 8a-8p, Open 365-days/year (every day)
Site makes sterile (IVs/TPNs) and non-sterile medications
Pharmacy is in good shape, with no BOP challenges and smooth, established workflow.
Experience: At least 2-3 years in a Manager/PIC position in an LTC setting required.
Schedule: Variable, as they are responsible for all operations and will need to be on site as needed, when needed.
System: Frameworks/DocuTrack
