Dover, DE: School-based SLP

Calling on SLPs who enjoy working with children with profound needs! Soliant has partnered with a district near Dover, DE to bring on a contractor for the upcoming school year.

Details of the position below:

• Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Work with preschoolers to young adults
• Caseload of 25 patients
• Minimal travel between sites required

We seek applicants with the following competencies:

• Flexibility and problem-solving skills: be able to manage shifting priorities and adjust your workload accordingly
• Communication skills: relay clear and succinct information to staff, student families, as well as your recruiter
• Accountability and dependability: the team is counting on you to be on-time and on-task

Requirements:

• Applicants MUST have a DE SLP license in order to begin their assignment. Please speak with me about this requirement, as the process is highly involved
• Experience with auditory devices a PLUS
• Experience with ASD patients a PLUS
