As an Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, you will play a crucial role in providing individualized instruction and support to our youngest students with diverse learning needs. Your dedication to their growth and success will contribute to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for young students with special needs
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the unique learning needs of each child
• Collaborate with parents and support staff to ensure students' educational and developmental needs are met
• Monitor and track student progress and make necessary adjustments to instructional plans
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters early childhood development
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education
• Michigan state teaching certification in Early Childhood Special Education
• Experience working with young children with diverse needs is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, nurturing, and child-centered approach
