We are seeking an experienced Echo Cardiac Sonographer to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Yakima, WA. The Echo Cardiac Sonographer will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and other cardiac diagnostic imaging procedures on patients of all ages in a hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform echocardiograms and other cardiac diagnostic imaging procedures on patients of all ages
- Obtain and document patient history and pertinent clinical data
- Assess patient condition and communicate any changes to medical staff
- Ensure quality control of equipment and maintain appropriate records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Echo Cardiac Sonography program
- Active certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Echo Cardiac Sonographer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
- Must be able to travel to Yakima, WA for the 13-week assignment
