Job Description:

As a Travel Echo Tech with Soliant Health, you will play a crucial role in performing echocardiograms and other cardiac diagnostic procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment planning. You will collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver accurate and timely results. Your technical proficiency, compassion, and attention to detail will be valued attributes in providing top-notch patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiograms and related cardiac imaging studies.
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of diagnostic images.
• Collaborate with physicians to assist in patient diagnosis.
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment.
• Educate patients about the procedure and answer their questions.
• Document patient information and procedure results accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Requirements:

• Valid ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification with RDCS or RCS specialization.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Previous experience as an Echo Tech is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to various healthcare settings.
