Are you an experienced and passionate Echo Technologist seeking a unique opportunity in Chesapeake, Virginia? Look no further! We have a captivating position available that offers a dynamic work environment and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient care.

• 15 weeks contract
• Shift: 5x8s: 8:00am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform echocardiography procedures using advanced equipment and techniques
• Obtain high-quality images of the heart and related structures
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging results
• Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient comfort throughout the examination process
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures and patient information
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

• Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and pathology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
