Summary: We are looking for elementary level school counselors to work with one of our Districts near Fairfax Virginia. The ideal candidate would be dependable and motivated to do their job well!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Assist students in setting and achieving academic and personal goals.
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in School Counseling or related field.
- State certification as a School Counselor in Virginia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help students succeed.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
