Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated School Counselor to join our team. As a School Counselor, you will provide mental health and emotional support services for students in order to support their academic, social, and emotional development.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field
- Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Counselor endorsement in the state of Illinois
Duties:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Conduct assessments
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop and implement intervention strategies
