Position: Travel ER Nurse Location: Moab, Utah Shifts: Day and night shifts available Duration: 13 weeks

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on their condition and severity of illness or injury
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as ordered by physicians
• Perform EKGs, IV draws, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, and make adjustments to the plan of care as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on disease management, injury prevention, and follow-up care
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as an ER Nurse
• Active Utah or Compact RN State license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
• Proficient in performing EKGs, IV draws, and other related procedures
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
