Title: Pharmacist

Location: Grand Forks, ND area

Industry: Long Term Care

Work Schedule: M-F 9am – 6pm, Sat 9am – 1pm, Closed Sundays

Duration:13+ weeks/Temp to Hire

Duties: 

• Review and process medication orders for long-term care patients
• Accurately dispense medications and ensure proper labeling
• Provide medication therapy management services and consultation to patients and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care outcomes
• Maintain precise and organized pharmacy records
• Adhere to all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards

Start-date: ASAP

Experience/Qualifications:

• Immunization Certified
• CPR Certification
• PharmD or MTM Certified
