Fast-Paced High Acuity Cath Lab RN Structural EP ECMO Complex PCI

Houston, TX – I am looking for a Cardiac Cath Lab RN who is experienced with complex cath cases, who enjoys structural hearts, especially TAVRs

The manager prefers nurses who enjoy the fast-paced environment and has lots of structural experience.  The ideal nurse can do several of the following:  ECMO, complex PCIs, and if possible tandem hearts.  Electrophysiology knowledge would also come in use.  The manager is looking for someone who is able to jump right in to a high acuity lab and be an asset.

DETAILS:

• 13 weeks, with option to extend
• Houston, TX
• 4x10 hour shifts
• Call approximately 9-12 days per Month
• High acuity and volume
• 2 rooms

REQUIREMENTS:

• RN for at least 2 years
• Texas License (or Compact State)
• ACLS, BLS
• No hit on background

EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

• Circulate, Monitor
• 2 years of experience
• Structural heart, esp TAVRs, mitral clips
• Complex PCI
• ECMO (Would be helpful, not required)
• Tandem Hearts (Not Required)
