Soliant is seeking a Emergency Room Pharmacist who is available to work night shifts for a 400 bed hospital located in Modesto, CA. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity at one of northern CA's most reputable health systems. To be qualified, the pharmacist MUST have an active California license and have experience with working in an ER. Prior experience with working night shifts is preferred. Duties:

• Compounds/packages and label drugs
• IV Admixture
• Supervising technicians and interns
• Review prescribed drug therapy for appropriateness, effectiveness, and safety based on specific data
• Perform quality assurance, drug use evaluation, and adverse reactions reporting activities

Qualifications:

• PharmD
• Active/clear license in California
• ER Pharmacist experience - required
• Hospital experience
• or Residency
