Soliant is pleased to announce a full-time opening for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a respected school district near Klamath, California. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other assessments to analyze student behavior and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and parents to implement behavior intervention strategies and provide ongoing support and training.
  • Monitor and collect data on student behavior to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior intervention plans.
  • Adjust and modify behavior intervention plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide direct behavior intervention services to students, including individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for students with behavioral challenges.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide expertise on behavior interventions.
  • Train school staff and educators on behavior management techniques and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in the field of behavior analysis and integrate innovative approaches into practice.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality behavior analysis services to students.
  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, colleagues, and other professionals.
  • Dedication to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Availability to work full-time to support the behavioral needs of students.
  • Enthusiasm for making a positive impact on the lives of students through behavior analysis and intervention.
