Full-Time Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Blanco, Texas – Hour North of San Antonio, TX
Start Date: ASAP, with employment through May 24th, 2024
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are currently seeking a dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our educational team in Blanco, Texas, and help shape the early learning experiences of our students. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will play a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for young learners. This position is strictly onsite, and we are looking for an enthusiastic educator to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to Kindergarten students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.
• Provide instruction in various subjects, including language arts, math, science, and social studies.
• Assess students' progress through observations and formal assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support students' academic and social development.
• Promote social and emotional growth, problem-solving skills, and independence in Kindergarten students.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.
• Participate in parent-teacher conferences and school meetings as required.
• Stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Texas teaching certification or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience working with Kindergarten-age students is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and creating a positive learning environment.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $35-$40 per hour, depending on credentials, experience, and interview process.
