• 35 hours weekly
• Onsite position only

CASELOAD INFO:

• 1 on 1 caseload
• 9^th grade student
• Has g-tube, unsteady on feet, nonverbal

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active LPN Illinois license
• Prior schools experience
