We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will work with patients to improve their ability to perform daily living and work-related activities. The position involves providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development and implementation of treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
• Conducting assessments to identify patients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans
• Providing direct patient care and implementing treatment plans to improve patients' ability to perform daily living and work-related activities
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care
• Contributing to the development and implementation of new treatment programs
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records
• Educating patients and their families on how to continue therapy exercises and activities at home

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Prior experience working in a school setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant software and technology used in occupational therapy practice

Schedule:
• Full-time: 37.7hours/wk
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: May 2024
• K-12 Caseload
