Occupational Therapist

Soliant is now hiring a full-time OT for a school-based opportunity. The duration of this position is for the remainder of the school year, but may offer renewal upon end of school year. This role offers flexibility, opportunity for growth, and a supportive environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to meet each student’s needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the school team to enhance student participation in daily activities.
• Monitor progress and adjust therapies to ensure students thrive in their learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current OT license
• Experience working with children or in a school setting (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential
