Full Time Occupational Therapist (OT) 23/24 Need in Williamsburg, Virginia

Soliant Health is currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the transformative work we do in the Williamsburg, VA area.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients' physical, cognitive, sensory, and psychosocial abilities, as well as their environmental factors and personal goals.
2. Utilize standardized assessments, clinical observations, interviews, and medical records to gather relevant information and establish a baseline for treatment planning.
3. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, client-specific goals, and evidence-based practices, incorporating therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies.
4. Implement therapeutic interventions and techniques to improve clients' fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care abilities, cognitive function, and emotional well-being.
5. Utilize adaptive equipment and assistive technology to enhance clients' independence and participation in daily activities, including self-care, work, school, and leisure pursuits.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Valid license or certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Knowledge of occupational therapy principles, assessments, and interventions for various conditions and populations.
4. Experience working with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adults, and the elderly.
