Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' goals and integrate therapy into the educational setting
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve students' functional abilities and independence
• Monitor and document students' progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' educational plans

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Virginia
• Experience in a school setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping students achieve their full potential
