Job Description:

We seek a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing therapy to students with disabilities to promote their ability to perform daily activities and facilitate their participation in educational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Full Time
• Evaluate students' abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop goals and intervention plans
• Document progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings

Qualifications:

• Master's Level Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Arizona licensure in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working with school-aged children with disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
