Occupational Therapist (OTR/L, OTD/L)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Master of Science or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Active California State Licensure for Occupational Therapists

• Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (15 hours – 40 hours per week)
• Term: January 2025 – June 2025 (Option to renew available)
• Location: San Jose, California

• Hourly Rate: $50.00 - $80.00 per hour, commensurate upon experience
• Over-Time Rates: $75.00 - $120.00 per hour (1.5x the hourly rate)

• Conduct assessments and identify students’ occupational therapy strengths and weaknesses.
• Develop and implement Individualized treatment plans (IEPs) that address specific challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with a team of teachers, parents, therapy staff, and administration to create and implement strategies that support student development.
• Provide direct therapy sessions tailored to students’ needs and progress.
• Offer consultative services to educators and families, fostering a team-based approach to student success.
