Full time PA RBT (Registered Behavioral Therapist)

Full Time, RBT Position for the 22-23 School year:  
Soliant has partnered with a school district located near Wayne, PA to fill a vacant position for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Ideally, our team is looking for a driven candidate that is passionate about student success. Check out the job details below and apply! To be successful in this role you must have experience working with behavioral students, and must have great classroom management skills (experience working in special education classrooms is a plus). 
Description of Position: 

• Contract Position-W2   

• School Experience Preferred
• ASAP start – EOSY (June 16, 2023)
• Elementary School caseload
• Full-time 35hrs/week (8:30am to 4pm)
• RBT needed to work 1:1 with student(s) throughout the day
• Students have autism, some verbal communication, minor aggressive behaviors, various behavior needs throughout the day
• For RBTs, active RBT license is required (not just the 40hr training – they need the actual RBT certificate from the BACB)
