• Position: Paraprofessional
• Location: Feeding Hills, Massachusetts
• Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:20 am - 2:50 pm
• Program: ABA program for grades 5 and 6
• Caseload: 1:1 support under the guidance of the special education teacher

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team in Feeding Hills, Massachusetts. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in our ABA program for grades 5 and 6. Working under the guidance of a special education teacher, you will provide one-on-one support to students, helping them achieve their educational goals and promoting their overall well-being.
Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Experience working with students with special needs is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the special education team
