Position Overview: As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing behavior intervention services to children with autism spectrum disorder in a school setting. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans, collect data on behavior targets, and help children build essential life skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by BCBAs
- Collect and record data on behavior targets
- Provide direct, one-on-one support to students
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to ensure consistency in behavior management
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to treatment plan development
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus)
- Completion of RBT training and certification
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disorders preferred
