Are you a dedicated and passionate individual looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and related developmental disorders? We are seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in Harvey, IL.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism
• Collect and record data on child progress
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Attend training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:

• Valid RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with autism is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
