Position Overview: As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals in need. Your primary responsibilities will include implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data, and assisting in the development of treatment goals. Your work will contribute to improving the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy to individuals.
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect data on client progress.
• Assist in the development and modification of treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure effective implementation of interventions.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges is a plus.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is $26-$32 per hour, based on experience (BOE).
