Full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position | Vancouver, WA

Position Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Vancouver, WA 

Position Type: Full-Time

Pay Range: 25-30/hr based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Provide direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to teach communication, social, and daily living skills

• Assist in reducing problematic behaviors in a school settings for students K-12

• Proficient in Mild, Moderate and Severe Behavior Caseloads, De-escalation, providing emotional/academic support, and Behavior redirection.

Qualifications:

• Current and Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Minimum of 1 year experience working 1:1 with autism or developmental disabilities elementary students

• Previous K-12 school experience required
