Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
• Location: Galt, California (30 minutes South of Sacramento)
• Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Start Date: Immediate start through June 26th, 2024
• School Sites: 7 school sites, approximately 3500 students, PreK-8th grade
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the health department
  • Provide training on medication and administration
  • Support health assistants and LVN’s
  • Develop health plans
• Work Setting: Onsite only
• Hourly Rate: Starting at $30-$35 per hour
• Licensure: Must have an active California RN license in good standing

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Galt, California, conveniently located just 30 minutes South of Sacramento. As an RN, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of students across seven school sites, serving approximately 3500 PreK-8th grade students. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the health department, providing training on medication and administration, supporting health assistants and LVN’s, and developing health plans.
Qualifications:

• Active California RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality healthcare services to students
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
