Shifts: Full Time - Variable Day/Afternoon shifts
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to control inventories by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profits.
- Perform accurate weighing, measuring, and mixing of drugs and medical compounds, ensuring correct quantities and compositions when filling bottles.
- Provide advice to self-medicating patients and dispense non-prescription medications.
- Maintain open communication with various health and insurance professionals.
- Administer patient immunizations on a regular basis.
- In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, schedule pharmacy associates, recognize and reward performance, implement disciplinary measures as needed, and assign work assignments to effectively utilize skills and abilities while achieving company profit objectives.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania License
- Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
- Immunization License
