Position Overview: We are actively interviewing for the role of School Registered Nurse (RN) to join our school district for the upcoming 23/24 school year. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our students, as well as providing essential support to our educators and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer health assessments and provide care for students as needed.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with school staff to create and implement health plans for students with specific medical needs.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as required.
• Conduct health screenings and maintain health records.
• Educate students and staff on health-related topics.
• Maintain a clean and organized health office.

Qualifications:

• Valid Nebraska Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Recent nursing experience is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and school staff.
