Responsibilities:

• Provide direct healthcare services to students and staff as needed.
• Assess and manage medical conditions and emergencies within the school environment.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Collaborate with school administrators and staff to promote a healthy school environment.
• Educate students and staff on health-related topics as needed.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in nursing practices.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid RN license in the state of Florida.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is a plus.
