Full-Time School Paraprofessional Contract Position in Waukesha, WI

Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Full-Time Paraprofessionals for the 2023-2024 school year in Waukesha, WI. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with their educational and developmental needs. Your commitment to helping students succeed is essential in creating a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional plans.
Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to provide additional support.
Support students with diverse learning needs, including special education requirements.
Help maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and adapt teaching materials.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Other duties as assigned by the school administration.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in education or related field is a plus).
Previous experience working with students or in an educational setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with students.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various classroom environments.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
