Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to support students' progress.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, patient, and adaptable approach to working with students.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus.
