Job Title: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Wadsworth, IL

Soliant is partnering with a local school district to fill a full-time SLP position for the 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students' communication goals
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic progress
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of students' Individualized Education Programs

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Illinois
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
