**Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)**

**Job Type:** Part-time

**Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Bayboro, NC. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' communication and swallowing goals.
- Provide therapy services to clients in individual or group settings.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, caregivers, and educators to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.

**Requirements:**

For SLP:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Previous experience working with pediatric or adult populations preferred.

For SLPA:
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.
- Previous experience working as an SLPA preferred.
