Job Description: Are you a passionate and dedicated social worker looking to make a positive impact in the lives of students? We are seeking a Full-Time Social Worker to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in South Lyon, MI. As a Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social and emotional well-being of our students, helping them thrive academically and personally.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social and emotional challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement intervention plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students in need of social services
• Support the development of social and emotional learning programs
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• State licensure as a social worker
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
