Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Provide individual and group counseling services to clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate services and ensure the continuity of care.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to resources in the community.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Stay informed about current social work practices and trends through ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
• State licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW, LSW, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Proven experience in social work, preferably in a community-based setting.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• Proficient computer skills for record keeping and documentation.
