Full Time Special Education Teacher needed for the 22/23 School Year

We have a need in our school district for a Special Education Teacher. We are looking for someone who is positive and enthusiastic about helping our students.

Location: Round Rock, Texas

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education
• Master’s degree in Education in Special Education or teaching students with special needs
• State Education Certification in Special Education

Job Details:

• Full - Time
• Hours: 8:00-4:00
• August 16th - May 26th
• Middle school caseload
• Up to 10 Kids

Duties Complete Assessments to support schools. Provide virtual lessons to children with significant cognitive delay. Assist with the implementation of the I ready assessment. Working with teams to create case review packets. Work collaboratively with teachers to design instructional supports (eg materials for use at home, pictures for communication systems)
