Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education (SPED) Teacher to join our team for the 2023-2024 school year in Allentown, PA. As a SPED Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Provide instruction and support to students with disabilities in various educational settings.
• Collaborate with other educators, specialists, and parents to ensure the success of each student.
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Pennsylvania teaching certification in Special Education (K-12).
• Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
