Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/SLPA) for 23/24 School Assignment 

Soliant has partnered with a district near Villa Rica, GA who is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for a school based, travel assignment. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an SLP or SLPA who is passionate about their profession and enjoys working in a diverse, dynamic environment. Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Provide therapy services to students with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, teachers, and parents to develop and implement intervention plans
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare or educational setting
  • Experience with a wide range of communication and swallowing disorders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
