K-8 Speech Language Pathologist
Job Description
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be licensed to practice in the state of Michigan (pending license considered).
Responsibilities
- Contract
- Full-Time and Part-Time
- August 2023 - June 2024
- K-12 and Transition Program
- Provide individual and group therapy to students with a variety of communication disorders, including speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Conduct assessments to determine the nature and severity of communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, doctors, and parents, to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest research and practices in speech-language pathology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- License to practice speech-language pathology in the state of Michigan (pending license considered)
- 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
