School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Kansas City, MO (2025-2026 School Year)

Soliant is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a dedicated school district in Kansas City, MO, for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is open to both Clinical Fellows (CFs) and experienced SLPs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
• Provide therapy in individual and group settings
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Missouri SLP license (or ability to obtain)

• Previous school-based experience is a plus
